Water works
Try to drink eight glasses of water a day. Water helps cleanse your system and rids the body of toxins.
Caffeine high
Drinking too much caffeine can hinder your absorption of vitamins and minerals and reduce your ability to have a good night's sleep, so try not to drink more than five cups/glasses of tea, coffee or cola per day. Chocolate and some energy drinks also contain caffeine. Instead, try drinking water, fruit juice, or decaffeinated coffee or tea.

Replenish
Men can lose up to 5 mg zinc per ejaculation. If you are highly sexually active, make sure you get a good intake of zinc from your diet.
Take it easy
Stress can make you too tired for sex, so take time to relax and unwind.
Cigarettes & alcohol
Stress, cigarettes , alcohol can all reduce levels of testosterone and nutrients in the body. So cut back on the amount you drink and keep stress levels low to help maintain health and vitality.
Regular check up
Check your testes at least once a month for lumps and irregularities. The testes should feel smooth and firm and be approximately equal in size. The first sign of testicular cancer is usually a pea-sized lump on the front or side of one of the testes, a swelling of one of the testes, a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum, or occasionally a dull ache.
Keep it between friends?
To avoid sexually transmitted diseases, be selective about who you have sex with. Don't have sex with anyone that you don't already know.
