One tablet with or immediately after your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Taking the tablet with a large meal maximises the absorption of the nutrients. However, it has not been included in the Wellman^® formula, since it is not possible to include the right amount in one small tablet, and secondly, calcium is known to inhibit the absorption of iron and trace elements. Rather than including just a token amount of calcium, Wellman^® has therefore been designed so that it can be used with Vitabiotics' Osteocare^® tablets or liquid.
