Perfectil® has been designed by experts to compliment your daily beauty regime. It contains 22 essential nutrients, specially formulated for utilisation by the lower dermal layer of the skin, and hair follicles, Perfectil® also includes specific nutrients for the health of nails. Perfectil® contains antioxidants, selenium, and vitamins C and E, which help protect against the damaging effects of excess free radicals. Pollution and over exposure to sun can cause an increase in free radicals, which can damage skin tissue. During pregnancy, we would only recommend a multivitamin supplement specially formulated for pregnancy, such as Pregnacare® . Pregnacare® (from Vitabiotics) contains a careful combination of 19 vitamins and minerals, specially developed for use from before conception, throughout the whole of pregnancy, and also whilst breast-feeding. However, if required, Perfectil® may be used after breast-feeding, instead of Pregnacare® , as this is a time when skin and hair may need extra nutritional help to assist their recovery. [Top]

Perfectil is available in 30 tablet (1 month's supply) and 90 tablet (3 month's supply) packs. It is recommended to take one tablet per day. Perfectil® should only be taken on a full stomach. Always ensure that Perfectil® is taken with plenty of liquid to wash the tablet down, and not tea or coffee as this may cause the tablet to disintegrate too early.

One tablet per day is recommended with your main meal. Swallow with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Taking the tablet with a large meal maximises the absorption of the nutrients, and can reduce nausea, which is sometimes experienced if multivitamins are taken on an empty stomach. Perfectil® should only be taken on a full stomach. Always ensure that Perfectil® is taken with plenty of liquid to wash the tablet down, and not tea or coffee as this may cause the tablet to disintegrate too early. [Top]

Perfectil® has no known side effects when taken as directed. Do not exceed the recommended tablet intake. In case of overdose, seek medical advice immediately.

Results vary amongst individuals, but in most cases we would expect the beneficial effects of the vitamins and minerals in Perfectil® to build over several weeks, with noticeable results in one to three months. The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) is the amount of a vitamin or mineral which has been calculated to help prevent basic deficiency states in the general population.
